After testing products from Superhuman, Inc., individually and dba Alpha Lion Alpha Lion LLC, we discovered 7 products that we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Superhuman, Inc., individually and dba Alpha Lion Alpha Lion LLC.

Notice of Violation I

On April 22, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Superhuman, Inc., individually and dba Alpha Lion, Alpha Lion LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that 7 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Superhuman, Inc., individually and dba Alpha Lion Alpha Lion LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.
