Notice of Violation I
On April 22, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Gains In Bulk, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Gains In Bulk, LLC contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.
