After testing products from Oats Overnight, Inc., we discovered 10 products that we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Oats Overnight.

Notice of Violation I

On April 7, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Oats Overnight, Inc.

In this action, ERC alleges that 10 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Oats Overnight, Inc. contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.

6. Oats Over Night Just Add Milk Coconut Cream Pie Naturally Flavored 20g Protein- Lead

7. Oats Over Night Just Add Mylk Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Naturally Flavored 10g Protein – Lead
