After testing products from Le-Vel Brands LLC, individually and dba POWDR Drink POWDR, LLC, we discovered 1 product which we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Powdr.
Notice of Violation I
On March 31, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Le-Vel Brands LLC, individually and dba POWDR Drink POWDR, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Mommy Knows Best contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.

Notice of Violation II
On July 15, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Le-Vel Brands LLC, individually and dba POWDR Drink POWDR, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Mommy Knows Best contains lead and/or perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.
