Q Sciences
After testing products from QSI Holding Company, Inc., individually and dba Q Sciences, we discovered 2 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Q Sciences.
Notice of Violation I
On March 19, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against QSI Holding Company, Inc., individually and dba Q Sciences.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Q Sciences., contain perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), lead, and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and reproductive toxins, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Q Sciences EQ Complete Meal Vanilla The Feel Good Weight Loss Shake- Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), Lead, Cadmium
Q Complete Chocolate The Feel Good Weight Loss Shake- Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), Lead, Cadmium
