Notice of Violation I
On March 19, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Bulk Supplements LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best TNT Pro Series LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best Nexxus Capital Fund I Series 3, LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best.
In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Mommy Knows Best, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.

Mommy Knows Best Brewer's Yeast Powder Debittered Unflavored Unsweetened – Lead
Mommy Knows Best Lactation Cookie Mix Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip - Lead

On April 15, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Bulk Supplements LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best TNT Pro Series LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best Nexxus Capital Fund I Series 3, LLC, individually and dba Mommy Knows Best.
