After testing products from Augustine, Inc., individually and dba Pink Stork, we discovered 2 products that we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Augustine, Inc., individually and dba Pink Stork.
Notice of Violation I
On April 22, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Augustine, Inc., individually and dba Pink Stork.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Augustine, Inc., individually and dba PinkStork contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels that require a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:

PinkStork by Amy Suzanne Fertility Support Prenatal Multivitamin + Proprietary Fertility Blend - Lead
