After testing products from Maxi Health Research LLC, Wealth of Health Nutrition Center Inc. Wealth of Health USA Inc, we discovered 5 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Maxi Health.
Notice of Violation I
On December 19, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Maxi Health Research LLC, Wealth of Health Nutrition Center Inc. Wealth of Health USA Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that 5 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Maxi Health, contain lead, mercury, cadmium, and/or perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
