Just Move Supplements
After testing products from Price Pharmaceuticals LLC, individually and dba Just Move Supplements, we discovered 8 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Just Move.
Notice of Violation I
On December 19, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Price Pharmaceuticals LLC, individually and dba Just Move Supplements.
In this action, ERC alleges that 8 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Just Move, contain lead, mercury, cadmium, and/or perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
