Notice of Violation I
On July 31, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against PlantBaby Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by PlantBaby Inc. individually contain PFOA, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Kiki Milk Unsweetened Organic Plant-Based Milk - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Kiki Milk Chocolate Organic Plant-Based Milk - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
