Notice of Violation I

On July 27, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Procter & Gamble Company.

In this action, ERC alleges that 8 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Procter & gamble individually contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

The products under investigation are:

2. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Thins Cinnamon Spice Naturally and Artificially Flavored - Lead

3. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Supplement 4-in-1 Fiber Made With Real Sugar Orange Naturally & Artificially Flavored Fiber Powder - Lead

4. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Supplement 3-in-1 Daily Fiber - Lead

5. Metamucil Dietary Supplement Fiber + Collagen Peptides Ultra Smooth Orange Flavored Fiber Powder - Lead

6. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Supplement Premium Blend Orange Flavored - Lead

7. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Fiber Thins Chocolate Naturally and Artificially Flavored - Lead

8. Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Fiber Thins Apple Crisp Naturally and Artificially Flavored – Lead
