Bucked Up
After testing products from DAS Labs LLC, individually and dba Bucked Up and Bucked Up, LLC, we discovered two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and DAS Labs LLC, individually and dba Bucked Up and Bucked Up, LLC.
Notice of Violation I
On October 13, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against DAS Labs LLC, individually and dba Bucked Up and Bucked Up, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by DAS Labs LLC, individually and dba Bucked Up and Bucked Up, LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Bucked Up Organic Greens Certified Organic Unflavored
Babe by Bucked Up Organic Greens Orange Sunrise Certified Organic Natural Flavor
