L-Nutra Inc.

After testing products from L-Nutura Inc LLC, we discovered one products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and L-Nutura Inc LLC.

Notice of Violation I

On October 1, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against L-Nutura Inc LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that one specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by L-Nutura Inc. LLC contain lead and or PFOA, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

The products under investigation are:

• Prolon Fasting Shake Vanilla Flavor - Lead

• Prolon Fasting Shake Chocolate Flavor - Lead

• Prolon L-Protein Plant-Based Protein Shake Chocolate Flavor - Lead

• Prolon L-Protein Plant-Based Protein Shake Berry Flavor- Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
