After testing products from The Health & Wellness Center, Inc., individually and dba Dr. Berg Nutritionals and Dr. Berg Nutritionals Inc., we discovered one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and The Health & Wellness Center, Inc., individually and dba Dr. Berg Nutritionals and Dr. Berg Nutritionals Inc.
Notice of Violation I
On October 13, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against The Health & Wellness Center, Inc., individually and dba Dr. Berg Nutritionals and Dr. Berg Nutritionals Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by The Health & Wellness Center, Inc., individually and dba Dr. Berg Nutritionals and Dr. Berg Nutritionals Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
