Notice of Violation I
On August 29, 2019, Environmental Research Center filed a second Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Notice of Violation II
On November 27, 2019, Environmental Research Center filed a second Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that seven specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Civil Complaint

Settlement
A settlement was reached on January 22, 2020. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, A&Z Pharmaceutical shall make a total payment of $25,000.00.
Injunctive Relief:
3.1 Beginning on the Effective Date, A&Z Pharmaceutical shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Products which expose a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day unless it meets the warning requirements under Section 3.2.
