After testing products from Better Booch Inc., we found 1 product we allege violates Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and PristineHydro Development, Inc., individually and dba PristineNutrition.
NOTICE I
On May 16, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against PristineHydro Development, Inc., individually and dba PristineNutrition.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product, manufactured, distributed, or sold by PristineNutrition, contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
