Nugevity
After testing products from Premium Vitamins and Supplements, LLC, individually and dba Nugevity, we found a product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Nugevity.
NOTICE I
On May 6, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Premium Vitamins and Supplements, LLC, individually and dba Nugevity.
In this action, ERC alleges that this specific product, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Nugevity, contains lead and PFOA, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Complete Plant-Based Protein Plus BCAA and Creatine Delicious Cookies 'n Cream Natural Flavor – Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
