Beverly International
After testing products from Beverly International Nutrition Inc., we found 2 products that we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding alleged heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Beverly International Nutrition Inc.
NOTICE I
On June 13, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Beverly International.
In this action, ERC alleges that this specific product, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Beverly International contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Beverly International Up-Lift Tart Cherry – Lead
NOTICE II
On June 24, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Beverly International.
In this action, ERC alleges that this specific product, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Beverly International contains Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
