After testing products from Asher House Wellness, LLC, The Asher House, we discovered one product that we allege violates Proposition 65 regarding heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Asher House Wellness.
Notice of Violation I
On January 2, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Asher House Wellness, LLC The Asher House.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by The Asher House, contains Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a reproductive and developmental toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
