After testing products from Integral Health Management, Inc., individually and dba Tao of Wellness and Wellness Living Traditions of Tao Corporation, individually and dba Tao of Wellness and Wellness Living, we discovered 7 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Tao of Wellness and Wellness Living.
Notice of Violation I
On January 2, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Integral Health Management, Inc., individually and dba Tao of Wellness and Wellness Living Traditions of Tao Corporation, individually and dba Tao of Wellness and Wellness Living.
In this action, ERC alleges that 7 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Natural Health Sherpa, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
