Notice of Violation I
On September 25, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Taylor Dukes Wellness, LLC, Taylor Dukes LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 9 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Taylor Dukes Wellness, LLC, Taylor Dukes LLC individually allegedly contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
