Super Good Stuff
After testing products from SGS Research, LLC, individually and dba Super Good Stuff, we discovered 4 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and SGS Research, LLC, individually and dba Super Good Stuff.
Notice of Violation I
On October 1, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against SGS Research, LLC, individually and dba Super Good Stuff.
In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by SGS Research, LLC, individually and dba Super Good Stuff. Inc., individually contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
