Eniva Health
After testing products from Eniva USA, Inc., individually and dba Eniva Health, we discovered 2 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Eniva USA, Inc., individually and dba Eniva Health.
Notice of Violation I
On October 27, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Eniva USA, Inc., individually and dba Eniva Health.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Eniva USA, Inc., individually and dba Eniva Health, contain lead and/or perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Eniva Health LifeCleanse Fiber, Prebiotic & Spice Blend Colon, Liver & Bowel Health - Lead
Eniva Health Plant Protein Ultra Smooth Vegan Blend Organic Vanilla Plant Protein Powder Nutrition Powder Mix - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
