Mend

After testing products from Mend Nutrition, Inc., we found 3 products we allege to violate Proposition 65 in regards to alleged heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Mend.

Notice I

On April 11, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Mend Nutrition Inc.

In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Mend, contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning. 

The products under investigation are:

  1. Mend Regenerate Vanilla Malt - Lead

  2. Mend Regenerate Dark Chocolate - Lead

  3. Mend Daily Repair & Recover Citrus - Mercury
