After testing products from Formulation Factory, LLC, we discovered 4 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Formulation Factory.

Notice of Violation I

On November 21, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Formulation Factory LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that 4 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Formulation Factory LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

The products under investigation are:

1. Formulation Factory Crown of Glory 10-in-1 Follicle Maximizer - Lead

2. Formulation Factory Self Obsessed 10-in-1 Masculinity Maximizer - Lead

3. Formulation Factory She's Obsessed 10-in-1 Balance Maximizer - Lead

4. Formulation Factory Boss Mode 10-in-1 Mind Maximizer - Lead
