Moment of Calm Inc.
After testing products from Moment of Calm Inc. we discovered one product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Moment of Calm Inc.
Notice of Violation I
On July 8, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Moment of Calm Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Moment of Calm Inc., individually contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
