Solle Naturals
After testing products from Solle Naturals L.L.C., we found 11 products that we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding alleged heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Solle Naturals.
Notice of Violation I
On July 17, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Solle Naturals.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Solle Naturals, L.L.C., contain lead and Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
AväntGreens Advanced Daily Nutrition - Lead
Solle Complete Protein Plus Natural Vanilla Crème - Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Solle Complete Protein Plus Double Dutch Cocoa - Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Solle Complete Protein Plus Natural Gluten and Lactose Free - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Notice of Violation II
On August 1, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Solle Naturals.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Solle Naturals, L.L.C., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Notice of Violation III
On August 28, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Solle Naturals.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Solle Naturals, L.L.C., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Solle LongeviD3 Live Forward - Lead
Solle MacaXD Stamina Empowered - Lead
Settlement
A settlement was reached on November 11, 2025. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, Solle Naturals, L.L.C., shall pay $45,000.00 in total.
Injunctive Relief:
Beginning on the Effective Date, Solle Naturals shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Product which exposes a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day and/or any PFOA Covered Product which exposes a person to a detectible level of PFOA per day unless it meets the warning requirements under Section 3.2.
