On September 23, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Huel, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Huel, Inc., contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:

2. Huel Nutritionally Complete Food Black Edition Banana Flavor
Notice of Violation II
On September 30, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Huel, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that one specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Huel, Inc., contains lead and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and exposes consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Notice of Violation III
On October 7, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Huel, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that three specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Huel, Inc., contain lead and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

In this action, ERC alleges that eight specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Huel, Inc., contain lead and cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
