Milky Mama
After testing some products from Milky Mama, we found four products in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead amounts. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Milky Mama.
Notice of Violation I
On April 25, 2019, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, Milky Mama.
In this action, ERC alleges that 4 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Milky Mama contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Milky Mama Lactation Cookies Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
Milky Mama Emergency Brownie
Milky Mama Lactation Brownie
Milky Mama Lactation Smoothie Mix Cookies N Cream
Settlement
A settlement was reached on September 20, 2019. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, Milky Mama shall make a total payment of 32,500.00.
