Notice of Violation I
On June 10, 2021, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Greeniche Natural Health Inc..
In this action, ERC alleges that THREE specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Greeniche Natural Health Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
1. Greeniche Passion For Life Moringa Organic/biologique
2. Greeniche Passion For Life Liver Health Formula Complete Liver Support
3. Greeniche Passion For Life DiabeNiche Supportive Therapy for Diabetes
Notice of Violation II
On July 1, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Greeniche Natural Health Inc..
In this action, ERC alleges that THREE specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Greeniche Natural Health Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning. Lead is alleged in the products listed below.
1. Greeniche Passion For Life Power On Workout Booster For Increased Energy And Endurance
2. Greeniche Passion For Life RenalCare For Kidneys' Health
3. Greeniche Passion For Life Prenatal Multivitamin
Settlement
A settlement was reached on November 12, 2021 in full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, Greeniche shall pay $10,000 in satisfaction of civil penalties, costs, and legal fees.
Injunctive Relief:
SAR section 3.1 - Greeniche has represented to ERC that it will either cease sales of the Covered Products in California or, if Covered Products are sold in California, provide a warning pursuant to the terms of this settlement agreement for such Covered Products. Therefore, beginning on the Effective Date, Greeniche shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Product which exposes a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day unless it meets the warning requirements under Section 3.2.
