G.O.A.T Fuel
After testing G.O.A.T. Fuel products, we discovered 12 items that allegedly violate Proposition 65 due to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of the case between ERC and G.O.A.T. Fuel Inc., LLC.
NOTICE I
On November 14, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against G.O.A.T. Fuel, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that these 6 specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by G.O.A.T. Fuel, Inc., contain lead and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and a reproductive toxins. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

SUPPLEMENTAL SETTLEMENT
A supplemental settlement was reached on July 3, 2025. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, G.O.A.T. Fuel, Inc., shall make a total payment of $87,500.00.
Injunctive Relief:
Beginning on the Compliance Date, G.O.A.T. Fuel shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Product that exposes a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day and/or any Mercury Covered Product that exposes a person to a “Daily Mercury Exposure Level” of more than 0.3 micrograms of mercury per day unless the Covered Product and/or Mercury Covered Product meets the warning requirements under Section 3.2.
SETTLEMENT
A settlement was reached on June 20, 2025. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, G.O.A.T. Fuel, Inc. and G.O.A.T. Fuel LLC, shall make a total payment of $87,500.00.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Beginning on the Compliance Date, G.O.A.T.
