Solle Naturals
After testing products from Solle Naturals L.L.C., we found 9 products that we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding alleged heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Solle Naturals.
NOTICE I
On July 17, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Solle Naturals.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Solle Naturals, L.L.C., contain lead and Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a developmental toxin and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Solle Complete Protein Plus Natural Vanilla Crème - Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Solle Complete Protein Plus Double Dutch Cocoa - Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Solle Complete Protein Plus Natural Gluten and Lactose Free - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
