After testing products from Microingredients, we found 4 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and DPL Trading, Inc., individually and dba Micro Ingredients Bayland Health Products LLC, individually and dba Micro Ingredients.

On September 18, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against DPL Trading, Inc., individually and dba Micro Ingredients Bayland Health Products LLC, individually and dba Micro Ingredients.
In this action, ERC alleges that 4 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Microingredients, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

MicroIngredients Organic Ginger Powder Rich In Antioxidants – Lead
