Goode Health
After testing products from Goode Health, we found 3 products that we allege to violate Proposition 65 regarding alleged heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Good Health.
NOTICE I
On August 8, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Goode Health.
In this action, ERC alleges that these specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Palm IP Holdings, LLC, individually and dba Goode Health Palm Ventures LLC, individually and dba Goode Health Goode Health, LLC, contain lead, mercury, and/or Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA). Chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as developmental toxins and known to cause cancer. They expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Goode Health Moroccan Chocolate Superfood Nutrition Shake - Lead
Goode Health Vanilla Spice Superfood Nutrition Shake – Lead, Mercury
Goode Health Unsweetened Superfood Smoothie Base – Lead, Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
