Lenny and Larry’s

After testing products from Lenny and Larry’s LLC, we discovered 12 product we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Lenny and Larry’s LLC.

Notice of Violation I

On October 22, 2026 the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Lenny and Larry’s LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that 12 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Lenny and Larry’s LLC. individually contain lead/and or cadmium and/or mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

6. Lenny & Larry's Cookie-Fied Big Bar Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
