After testing products from Eagleshine Group Inc., individually and dba Deal Supplement Arena Nutrition, Inc., individually and dba Deal Supplement Bayland Health Products LLC, individually and dba Deal Supplement, we found 3 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Deal Supplements.

On September 11, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Eagleshine Group Inc., individually and dba Deal Supplement Arena Nutrition, Inc., individually and dba Deal Supplement Bayland Health Products LLC, individually and dba Deal Supplement.
In this action, ERC alleges that 3 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Deal Supplement, contain chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and reproductive toxins, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
Deal Supplement Ginkgo Biloba 500 mg Per Serving - Lead
Deal Supplement Organic Ginger Powder - Lead
Deal Supplement Pea Protein Powder Soy Free Unflavored Premium Quality - Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
