After testing products from Heart & Soil Supplements LLC. we discovered 1 product that we allege to violate Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Heart & Soil Supplements LLC.

Notice of Violation I

On November 7, 2025, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Heart & Soil Supplements LLC.

In this action, ERC alleges that one specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Heart & Soil Supplements LLC, contains Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS), Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA), chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as a human toxin, and exposes consumers at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning. Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS) and Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) are alleged in the product listed below.  

The product is:

1. Heart & Soil Pure American Liver 500 MG Each 180 Capsules- Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS), Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA)
