After testing products from NatureCity, LLC, we found 2 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and NatureCity, LLC.
Notice of Violation I
On September 11, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against NatureCity, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products distributed or sold by NatureCity, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
NatureCity True Osteo Plant Based Bone Support Standard Formula - Lead
NatureCity True Osteo + Plant Based Bone and Stress Support - Lead
Manufacturer Notice- Vitaquest International LLC
On December 10, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Vitaquest International LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products manufactured by Vitaquest International LLC contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
