Ancestral Supplements
After testing products from Ancestral Supplements, LLC, we discovered 3 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Ancestral Supplements, LLC.
Notice of Violation I
On February 26, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Ancestral Supplements, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 2 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Ancestral Supplements, LLC, contain lead and Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS), chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and a reproductive toxins, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

Ancestral Supplements Grassfed Beef Liver - Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS)
Notice of Violation II
On April 15, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Ancestral Supplements, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Ancestral Supplements, LLC, contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

On May 20, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65 against Ancestral Supplements, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Ancestral Supplements, LLC, contains lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

On June 3, 2026, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Ancestral Supplements, LLC and The Fittest Ever, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that 1 specific product manufactured, distributed, or sold by Ancestral Supplements, LLC and The Fittest Ever, LLC, contain Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA) and Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS), both chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
