After testing products from EArms Race Nutrition, LLC, Newport News Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners Arlington Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners, Core Nutritionals LLCDynamic Nutraceuticals, L.L.C., Crush It Holdings, LLC, and Crush It International, Inc., we found six products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. NOTICE
On January 13, 2022, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Arms Race Nutrition, LLC, Newport News Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners Arlington Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners, Core Nutritionals LLCDynamic Nutraceuticals, L.L.C., Crush It Holdings, LLC, and Crush It International, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that six specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold byArms Race Nutrition, LLC, Newport News Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners Arlington Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners, Core Nutritionals LLCDynamic Nutraceuticals, L.L.C., Crush It Holdings, LLC, and Crush It International, Inc., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

On May 17, 2022, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Arms Race Nutrition, LLC, Newport News Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners Arlington Nutrition Corner, LLC, individually and dba The Nutrition Corners, Core Nutritionals LLC, Dynamic Nutraceuticals, L.L.C., Crush It Holdings, LLC, and Crush It International, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Arms Race Nutrition, LLC, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:

2. Arms Race Nutrition, Immunity Greens Lemon Rush
COMPLAINT
ERC filed a Civil Complaint on April 1, 2022.
SETTLEMENT
A settlement was reached on February 3, 2023. In full satisfaction of all potential civil penalties, additional settlement payments, attorney's fees, and costs, Arms Race Nutrition, LLC shall make a total payment of $60,000.00 to ERC.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Beginning on the Effective Date, Arms Race Nutrition and Dynamic Nutraceuticals shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing for sale in the State of California, “Distributing into the State of California,” or directly selling in the State of California, any Covered Product that exposes a person to a “Daily Lead Exposure Level” of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per day unless it meets the warning requirements under Section 3.2.
