HMR Plan, LLC
After testing products from HMR Plan, LLC, we found 4 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and HMR Plan, LLC.
NOTICE I
On January 12, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against HMR Plan, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that four specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by HMR Plan, LLC., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:
HMR 70 Plus Chocolate Shake and Pudding Mix - Lead
HMR 800 Chocolate Shake Mix - Lead
HMR Double Chocolate Chip Flavored Bar - Lead
HMR Iced Oatmeal Flavored Bar - Lead
NOTICE II
On January 26, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against HMR Plan, LLC.
