Alete Active Nutrition, LLC
After testing products from Alete Active Nutrition LLC, Roadrunner Holdings LLC, Toker Engineering LLC, RR-BonkBreaker, LLC, and American Pacific Group, L.P. (Alete Active Nutrition), we found 6 products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to heavy metal contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Alete Active Nutrition.
NOTICE I
On March 7, 2024, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Alete Active Nutrition.
In this action, ERC alleges that 6 specific products, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Alete Active Nutrition, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
