
After testing some products from Standard Process, we found TWENTY products we alleged to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and/or cadmium amounts. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Standard Process.
NOTICE
On August 13, 2020, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Standard Process Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that ten specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Standard Process contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning. Lead is alleged in all products listed below. Cadmium is alleged in the products in italics.

NOTICE II
On September 17, 2020, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Standard Process, Inc.
In this action, ERC alleges that eight (8) additional specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Standard Process contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.

In this action, ERC alleges that two (2) additional specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Standard Process contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and exposes consumers to lead at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
