After testing products from Five Four Ventures Incubator Company, LLC, individually and dba Bellway; Five Four Ventures, LLC, individually and dba Bellway; and Bellway, Inc., we found five products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead contamination. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and Five Four Ventures Incubator Company, LLC.
NOTICE
On August 5, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against Five Four Ventures Incubator Company, LLC.
In this action, ERC alleges that five specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Five Four Ventures Incubator Company, LLC., contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as a carcinogen and reproductive toxin, and expose consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
The products under investigation are:

3. Bellway Super Fiber + Fruit Lemon Lime
4. Bellway Beauty Super Fiber + Collagen Strawberry Lemonade
5. Bellway Beauty Super Fiber + Collagen Matcha Lemon
