After testing some products from ArdyssLife, we found two products we allege to be in violation of Proposition 65 in regards to lead and mercury amounts. Below is the timeline of events of the case between ERC and ArdyssLife.
On May 20, 2021, Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against ArdyssLife.
In this action, ERC alleges that two specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by ArdyssLife contain lead and mercury, chemicals listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogens and reproductive toxins, and expose consumers to lead and mercury at a level requiring a Proposition 65 warning. Lead and mercury are alleged in the products listed below.
The products are:

2. ArdyssLife Le'Vive Green
